Marina Bay - Amenities

The Yacht Club is the center of the community. It features a large open space with fireplace, wet bar, BBQ's, and furniture . It is the perfect place for family gatherings, anniversaries, weddings, birthday celebrations, and community gatherings.

A sizable veranda overlooks the marina and common property providing perfect place for gathering on a hot summer evening.

The Yacht Club is available to any eligible homeowner for personal use, and is reserved on a "first request" basis. There is a daily fee for the use of the Yacht Club along with a refundable $500 deposit if the Yacht Club is left in the condition in which it is found.

Marina Bay has a private marina that is secure, well maintained, and engineered to maximize your boating experience. The facilities are for use and enjoyment of those registered only.

The marina facilities consists of:

• Watercraft launch pad
• Ninety Six (96) slips
• Washrooms located at the bottom of the Yacht Club.

An electronic key fob is required to access the facilities which is provided when registered.

Slips are available, and are assigned annually on a "first request" basis by March/ April of the calendar year. Annual fees are associated with having a slip. Slip request forms are distributed with the annual Homeowner fees letter which comes out in December for the following year.

Storage Yard is available to all Homeowners to store their boats and personal watercraft over the winter months, or trailer while craft in in water over the summer months.

Utility trailers, travel trailers, tent trailers, motorhomes, or items not on a trailer is not allowed. These items will be removed at Homeowner's expense.

The storage yard is not to be used for permanent long term storage. There are a number of storage facilities in and around Sylvan Lake that can provide flexible storage solutions.

The use of the storage compound on a first-come, first-served basis, one trailer per property. Please note that due to space restrictions the Association may remove items at the Homeowner's expense.

MBHA is not responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in the storage yard, and shall not insure that the storage yard is locked at all times. Homeowners using the storage yard are responsible for ensuring the gates are locked upon leaving the facility.

Access to the storage compound is via the common facility key inside a lockbox at the gate.

The tennis court is on a first-come, first-served basis and available to all Homeowners and their guests. It is appreciated by all, that those using the tennis court be mindful of time spent on the court when others are waiting.
